Those days are officially over.
This new feature, available on desktop only, makes it easy to edit multiple entries at once using CSV upload.
The Game-Changing Solution
We're excited to introduce our new bulk pick editing feature that transforms how you manage multiple contest entries. This feature is available for both team survivor and pick'em contests, giving our most dedicated users the efficiency tools they deserve.
No more repetitive clicking. No more manual entry fatigue. Just streamlined contest management that scales with your strategy.
Who This Feature Serves
This feature is built specifically for you—the power users who are the backbone of our large guaranteed contests. If you're someone who regularly enters contests 100+ times, you understand the challenge better than anyone. You've been asking for a solution to the manual pick-making process, and we've delivered.
Your high-volume participation is what makes our guaranteed contests possible, ensuring they fill and providing the competitive environment that all our users love. This tool is our way of saying thank you while making your weekly routine dramatically more efficient.
Step-by-Step Walkthrough
Let's walk through exactly how this game-changing feature works, from start to finish.
Step 1: Access Your Contest Entries

When you navigate to your entries in any contest where you have two or more entries, you'll now see a prominent banner prompting you to "edit multiple entries with a CSV file." This intelligent banner only appears when it's relevant—if you only have one entry, you won't see it cluttering your interface.
This is your gateway to bulk editing efficiency.
Step 2: Launch the Bulk Edit Modal

Tap "edit entries" and you'll open a comprehensive modal with clear, on-screen instructions. The most important step here is downloading the CSV template that's generated specifically for your contest entries.
This isn't just any generic template—it's customized to your exact entries and the specific requirements of the contest you're participating in. The instructions are designed to be user-friendly, walking you through everything you need to know.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: This feature is only available on desktop — it does not work in the mobile app.
Step 3: Understanding Your CSV Template

Once you download your template, you'll see a perfectly organized spreadsheet that displays all of your entries for the contest. The template includes clear instructions on how to make your picks and is intelligently structured based on your contest type.

Here's what makes each template special:
Dynamic Pick Columns: The number of pick columns automatically adjusts based on how many picks are required for the upcoming week in your specific contest. No guesswork, no confusion.
Contest-Specific Features:
- For Survivor contests, you'll see straightforward team selection columns
- For Pick'em contests, depending on your contest settings, you'll also see a "best pick" column where you can paste the team ID for your confidence pick
Team ID System: Everything works through our simple team ID system, making data entry clean and error-free.
Currently, you can upload picks for the upcoming week, giving you the perfect tool for your weekly contest preparation routine.
Step 4: File Upload Process

After completing your picks in the CSV file, return to the platform and click the "Upload CSV" button. The interface is clean and straightforward—simply navigate to your completed file and upload it.
The upload process is designed to be as friction-free as possible, respecting the fact that you're managing large volumes of data and need efficiency at every step.
Step 5: Upload Confirmation & Error Handling

Once your file is uploaded, our system immediately validates it and provides clear feedback. If everything looks good, you'll receive a confirmation that your file was successfully uploaded.
If there are issues, you'll see a specific error message explaining what went wrong. The most common reasons for upload errors include:
- Uploading a completely different file format
- Account restrictions that prevent bulk editing
- File corruption or formatting issues
Our error messages are designed to be helpful, not frustrating, giving you clear direction on how to resolve any issues.
Step 6: Server Processing & Results

After upload confirmation, our servers validate and process your picks. This is where the real magic happens—we check every entry against our comprehensive validation rules to ensure everything is eligible and correct.
When everything works perfectly, you'll receive an approval confirmation and be directed back to your entries tab to view all the picks you just uploaded.
When there are issues with some entries, we still process all the valid entries and provide detailed feedback about what needs to be corrected. Our system is smart enough to save you time by processing everything that can be processed, rather than rejecting the entire upload for minor issues.
Here are the validation checks we run on every entry:
- Deadline Protection: Upload attempts within 5 minutes of the pick deadline are automatically rejected to prevent last-second issues
- Team ID Accuracy: Every team ID is verified to ensure it corresponds to a real team
- Game Eligibility: We confirm that the team is actually playing that week
- Survivor-Specific Rules: For survivor contests, we verify that you haven't exceeded team usage limits and that each team is eligible for that specific entry
- Duplicate Prevention: We ensure you haven't used the same team ID multiple times within a single entry
- Template Integrity: We verify that you've only made appropriate edits to the template (only pasting team IDs into pick columns)
Any errors are clearly explained with specific entry references, so you know exactly what needs to be fixed.
Step 7: Error Recovery Workflow

If your CSV upload was only partially successful, we make the correction process as smooth as possible. The "go back and edit" button allows you to download the exact CSV file you previously uploaded, complete with your picks intact.
This means you don't have to start from scratch—just make the necessary corrections to the problematic entries and re-upload. It's efficiency stacked on top of efficiency.
Bonus Feature: Results Review
Once you've completed a CSV upload (whether fully or partially successful), your entries tab will display a "view results" option. This gives you persistent access to review what happened with your upload, serving as a helpful reminder of any corrections that still need to be made.
One click brings you back to your results screen, making it easy to track your progress and ensure all your entries are properly configured.
Revolutionizing Your Contest Experience
This bulk pick editing feature represents a fundamental shift in how power users can manage their contest strategy. What used to be a tedious, hours-long weekly process can now be completed in minutes. You can focus on strategy and analysis instead of repetitive data entry.
We encourage you to try the new bulk edit feature on your next contest entries. The interface is intuitive, the process is streamlined, and the time savings are immediate. As always, we're eager to hear your feedback and learn how we can continue improving your contest experience.
The future of contest management is here, and it's designed around your success. Welcome to a more efficient way to compete.
