How to Play Pick X on Splash

Pick X contests are live on Splash Sports! We’re excited to bring you the famous Pick X format on Splash, where you simply pick every game of the NFL slate each week, and the better your record is, the higher you climb on the leaderboard.

How to Start a Pick X Contest

We’ve made starting and customizing Pick X contests simple on Splash. Create your account on splashsports.com and create your Commissioner Channel. This will be your hub where all your contests are showcased, and you can track your rewards, contest performance, and much more!

After your Commissioner Hub is created, click on “Create a new contest.” Here, you’ll be able to set rules like creating an invite-only contest or a discoverable contest, resizing settings, and more. After those settings are finished, it’s time to set up your Pick X contest.

Click on NFL, NFL Pick X, and Continue! Next, you can set the contest schedule. While many of our players will choose to play in season-long survivor contests, you can pick any week on the schedule to run your contest. Think you have an edge in the Week 3 matchups over your friends? You can make a contest that only runs for Week 3!

In a Pick X contest, you can also select the number of games on the NFL schedule that each player will pick every week, either all games or anywhere between 5 and 15 games.

After selecting your schedule, it’s time to decide on the entry fee, contest size, entry limit, and prizing. Entry fee and contest size are completely customizable, and remember, if your contest doesn’t fill, we have a resize setting when you first create your contest that will automatically resize the contest and prizing for you when your contest begins. Prizing for Pick X contests are determined by the commissioner, and you can choose to pay out the top 3, 5, 10, 25, 50, or have the winner take home the whole thing.

The last step will be to name your contest and fill out your contest details! Let your friends and family know what your contest is all about.

After your contest is set up, generate your custom invite link by clicking on your contest details and hitting “Copy Link” to start sending out invites to your friends and family. All that’s left

How to Play in a Pick X Contest

In a Pick X contest, simply pick as many winners as you possibly can. Each week, you’ll be given the full slate of NFL games, and it’s your job to go through and pick the winner of every single game (or as many games as your commissioner decided that you’ll pick). The more picks you get correct, the higher you’ll climb on the leaderboard and the more cash you’ll take from your friends.

We’ve included some data on win probabilities to help you make your picks, and we’ll be adding more features throughout the season to help you dominate your contests and take some cash from your friends.
