For most of its history, the biggest survivor contest in pro football had a cover charge most people never saw coming. Not the entry fee, the logistics. You needed a flight to Las Vegas. A hotel. A proxy to physically submit your pick on your behalf. The contest itself rewarded pro football knowledge. Getting into it meant having the time and money to make a trip.

That version of this story ended this week.

The $21M Survivor World Championship is now open on Splash Sports. $1,000 entry fee. $21,000,000 guaranteed in prizes. Available to anyone with a phone in 35+ states and Canada. Registration is live now at splashsports.com/survivor.

The Format

Pro Football Survivor is the simplest contest structure in sports. Each week of the NFL season, you pick your winner(s). If they win, you advance. If they lose, you're out, and you can never use that team again. The last contestant standing wins the prize pool.

That simplicity is the trap. You start with 32 teams and 18 weeks. By Week 10, the teams you haven't used yet are either on bye, dealing with injuries, or staring down brutal matchups. The contestants who survive aren't the ones who got lucky in Week 1. They're the ones who spent the first half of the season protecting their best options for the second half.

$1,000 gets you in. $21,000,000 is guaranteed regardless of how many contestants enter. Up to 150 entries per person.

Peer-to-peer, start to finish.

Powered by Polymarket

This contest is also the opening move in something bigger. Splash has partnered with Polymarket, the world's largest prediction market platform, to bring event-driven trading into the Splash app, starting with the 2026 NFL season.

For a Survivor contestant, that matters in a specific way. Prediction markets are at their most useful when you have real stakes in a game's outcome. If you're alive in Week 14 and your pick is sweating out a 3-point fourth quarter, a live market on that game tells you something a box score can't. You're not just watching. You're watching with information.

The integration starts with a standalone Splash Market tab in the app and expands from there. Markets embedded in existing games are available in real time as the leaderboard moves. Splash is operating as a CFTC-registered introducing broker for Polymarket. Its 2 million active users will have access to prediction markets to hedge or invest alongside every contest they're already playing.

Who This Is For

There is a version of Pro Football Survivor where the stakes are low enough that a wrong pick in Week 4 stings for about a day. This is not that contest.

$21,000,000 on the line across an 18-week season means every pick carries weight that compounds. A team you save in Week 3 is a team you might desperately need in Week 16. A field of thousands means the ownership decisions you make in September still echo in January. The contestants who survive to the end will have navigated all of it. Every bad matchup, every surprise elimination, every week where the consensus pick looked obvious until it didn't.

If you want the biggest survivor prize ever run and the sweat that comes with it, this is the contest.

The field will be large. The prize is massive. The picks start Week 1.
