Adjust the following settings to make your contest the way you want it. Set it up preseason and make adjustments all year long as needed.
Lives and mulligans
Give each entry 1 to 5 lives. Option to raise the cap mid-season to revive the eliminated.
Win or lose contest
Pick winners, or flip the whole contest to pick losers.
Straight-up or ATS
Score straight up or against the spread, with spreads from Splash or entered by you.
Team-use limits
Once, up to five times, or unlimited per team, plus a separate pick-against limit.
Multi-pick weeks
Require extra picks on chosen weeks, or auto-expand once the field thins.
Bye pick
Hand everyone one free pass on a week they forget.
Auto-picks
Auto-fill missed picks by home or away favorite, or at random. Your call, or theirs.

Players pick one team to win per week. If they win they move on, losses are eliminated.
Pick one team
Each week, choose a single team you think will win. Commissioners can flip it to pick the loser.
Survive and advance
Right pick, you move on. Wrong pick, you spend a life. Run out and you're eliminated.
No repeats
Use a team and, by default, you can't pick them again. Plan ahead when you can.
Last one standing
Outlast the field all season to win. Ties can split or a commissioner can set a tiebreaker.

One to five per entry in the setup flow. You can raise the cap mid-season, which revives anyone eliminated under the smaller cap, or lower it. Your contest, your call.
Yes. Enable late entry and latecomers start with a lives penalty for the weeks they missed, so they're not at an unfair advantage.
Turn on auto-revival and the whole field gets a life back when everyone busts a week. The contest keeps going instead of ending in a wipeout.
Yes. Choose an NFL, CFB, or combined contest. College contests can also be narrowed to specific conferences.
